LOT 1917
Two double series opaque twist stem ale glasses, circa 1760, both ogee bowls engraved with hops and barley on conical feet, the first plain stem with a pair of heavy spiral tapes outside spiral gauze, height 19cm, the second plain stem with a multi-ply spiral thread outside a pair of spiral cables, height 19cm. Provenance: both purchased from Brian Watson Antique Glass.
