A Meissen figure group allegorical of Summer and Fall, late 19th century, shape number 1230, modelled as two putti, one holding a bunch of grapes, the other lying upon a wheat ladened goat, the naturalistic base with gilt enriched scroll moulded detail, underglaze blue crossed swords and painted ‘69’ to base, height 22.5cm (some faults).
