A Mintons part service, circa 1885, retailed by John Mortlock, London, cream glazed, gilt with a central monogram within gilt dentil borders, comprising two graduated oval platters, a large footed tureen and matched cover, three vegetable tureens and two matched covers, ten soup plates, thirty-nine dinner plates, two sauce tureens and covers and a pair of two-handled dishes, together with six plates with no monogram, puce printed retailer's mark and impressed and painted factory marks (faults and repairs), and a Rockingham porcelain part service, 1830s, including teapot and cover, sucrier and cover, teacups and saucers and coffee cups, pattern No. 2/66 (faults).
