PHOTOGRAPHS. A leather-bound album titled ‘Aeroplani Caproni, Sofia 1936’ to the upper cover, containing approximately 48 mounted black and white photographs, leaves 20cm x 30cm, documenting a commercial visit of the aircraft manufacturer to Bulgaria and including photographs of the planes and Bulgarian notable persons, the album additional inscribed by Colonel Vassili Boideff, chief of the Bulgarian Airforce. Note: Caproni was the most important Italian aircraft manufacturer of the first half of the twentieth century.
