PHOTOGRAPHS. An album containing 176 small-format photographs relating to the Peshawar Insurgency, circa 1930, leaves 18cm x 21.5cm, compiled by a member of the 1st King George’s Own Bengal Sappers and Miners, probably C.G.S. Clarke, including images of the insurgency and the armoured cards used in its brutal suppression, as well as the recently completed Bara Bridge.
