A Victorian silver mounted Stourbridge intaglio cut and polished glass claret jug, in the style of Thomas Webb, the hinged lid with knop finial above a cylindrical collar relief decorated with birds in flight and 'S' scrolls, flanked by a strapwork and bellflower scroll handle, the ovoid body cut with spiralling stems of flowers, on a circular foot, London 1894 by William Hutton & Sons Ltd, height 27.5cm.
