A Victorian rosewood stick barometer with mercury thermometer, the ivorine dial with twin angled vernier scales and inscribed 'J.H Steward 54 Cornhill London', the case with carved flower to arched surmount above further carved detail and carved rosette cistern cover, height 102cm. Note: a non-transferrable ivory exemption certificate has been granted for the sale of this item.
