Numerous wood-engraved plates. (Toning, spotting to preliminaries and light scattered spotting throughout, large damp-stain to lower margin of most plates, last text leaf and rear blank of vol. 2 detached.) Contemporary black morocco, blind-tooled crucifix to covers, g.e. (extremities rubbed, rear endpaper detached) (2).
