Title, text in Latin, 26pp. ‘Index’ to rear, errata leaf. (Scattered spotting, occasional browning, initial blanks with marginal chipping.) Near contemporary mottled calf, mounted paper label with manuscript lettering (extremities lightly rubbed). Note: Hottinger was a Swiss theologian and was the first to use Islamic sources in his history of the Christian Church in the Near East.
