Numerous colour illustrations, including 6 full-page. (Toning, occasional light spotting.) Original cloth-backed boards, pictorial paper illustrations mounted to upper cover (extremities rubbed, minor scuffing to illustration, slight dust-soiling). – And a further five volumes illustrated by Louis Wain (including Louis Wain’s ‘Summer Book for 1903’, [1903], 4to, and ‘In Nurseryland’, [circa 1900], 4to, and ‘Merry Times: stories in Prose & Verse’ by Dorothy Black, Grace C. Floyd, Norman Gale & Others, [1916], 4to) (6).
