A George III crown 1818, garter edge type, edge detailed 'LVIII', S3787 (extremely fine with underlying brilliance), with copy of original approval invoice from B.A. Seaby Ltd, dated 6th March 1946, for £1-7s-6d. Provenance: the collection of the late Robert Pearce of Normanton Hall, Normanton-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire.
