An Anne crown 1707, pre-union type, edge detailed 'Sexto', roses and plumes in angles, S3578 (fine/very fine with some underlying brilliance and even cabinet tone), with copy of original approval invoice from B.A. Seaby Ltd, dated 6th March 1946, for £5-5s. Provenance: the collection of the late Robert Pearce of Normanton Hall, Normanton-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire.
