LOT 1915
A double series opaque twist stem Jacobite type wine glass, circa 1770, the bell bowl engraved with a six-petalled rose on a leafy stem with two buds opposing a moth, raised on a centre, shoulder and base knopped stem with a pair of spiral threads outside gauze, on a conical foot, height 16cm (small chip to foot). Provenance: Arthur Henry Green, a private collector from Enfield, died 1953. Thence by descent.
