A pair of Meissen figure groups allegorical of Summer and Autumn, late 19th century, after the models by Acier, the first depicting a couple beside a tree, a basket of apples and a dog at their feet, incised shape No. F91, height 15cm, the second as a couple with a basket of grapes drinking wine, incised shape No. F92 to base, height 15.5cm, both raised on oval bases with gilt enriched moulded detail, crossed swords in underglaze blue to bases (faults and losses).
