A First World War period brassard, within a framed and glazed display with celluloid plaques detailed 'Brassard worn by General Sir Hubert Gough G.C.M.G., K.C.B., K.C.V.O. when in command of the Fifth Army during the Great War April 1916 to April 1918' with the military honours, together with two leather-bound volumes of 'Garibaldi', signed by Sir Hubert Gough.
