A mid-19th century Chinese mother-of-pearl tortoiseshell and white metal mounted lancet case with finely engraved decoration, containing two tortoiseshell and steel folding lancets, length of case 7cm, together with a nickel plated and leather novelty cigar cutter in the form of a shoe.
