A Victorian coromandel cased travelling vanity box, the compartmentalized interior fitted with eleven silver topped glass bottles and jars, each monogram engraved within strapwork and foliate scroll decoration, London 1862 by Pittway Brothers and London 1864 by William Tween & Frederick Purnell, also fitted with a manicure and implement set, weight of nine covers 265.7g, the brass bound case fitted with a drawer, retailed by 'J. Bramah, 24 Piccadilly', height 19.2cm, length 34cm (faults to one glass jar). Note: a non-transferrable ivory exemption certificate has been granted for the sale of this item.
