A George IV Scottish silver baluster coffee pot, the domed lid with foliate finial above a cast band of ivy leaves, the floral and foliate chased body with opposing 'C' scroll cartouche, one engraved with the crest of Clan Fraser of Lovat, flanked by a similarly decorated scroll handle and spout, on a circular stepped foot, Edinburgh 1828 by Adam Elder, weight 962.4g, height 27.5cm. Note: a non-transferrable ivory exemption certificate has been granted for the sale of this item.
