Bound by Zaehnsdorf in full green morocco, gilt ruled, gilt turn-ins, g.e. (some fading to spine). Provenance: Evelyn Myers (gift inscribed from in ink on the title-page); Lord Battersea, M.P. (armorial bookplate to front pastedown, and gift inscribed to in ink on the title-page from Evelyn Myers).
