London: Grant and Griffith, [1848.] 8vo (169 x 117mm.) 4 lithographed plates, wood-engraved illustrations in the text by Count Pocci. (2 plates with later hand-colouring, spotting to plate margins and verso.) Original blue blind-stamped cloth, gilt lettering to upper cover (upper joint split, light rubbing). Note: scarce. Provenance: Anne Glossop (ink name inscribed to front-free endpaper).
