An early 18th century gold and faceted rock crystal cut cornered rectangular panel, glazed with a locket compartment within a wirework surround, the back detailed ‘MS Aug 1735 aged 43 MP’, width 1.9cm, later fitted to a gold woven mesh link lady’s wristwatch bracelet, the folding clasp detailed ‘9ct’, length including panel 20cm, total weight 14.9g.
