A Chinese Yixing stoneware teapot and cover, Qing dynasty, of swollen hexagonal form with scroll handle and tapered spout, on bracket feet, the rim with incised keyfret band, the cover surmounted with a crouching Buddhistic lion cub and articulated brocade ball, impressed seal mark to base, height 13cm.
