British or Irish School - an early 19th century half-length portrait miniature of a young girl with a robin perched on her hand, watercolour on ivory, 5cm x 4cm, within a verre églomisé mount and a wide section giltwood frame, bearing label verso, 'J. Delvechio 68 Dame Street Carver & Gilder Dublin 1840'. Note: a non-transferrable ivory exemption certificate has been granted for the sale of this item.
