An early Victorian silver three-piece tea set each piece of squat circular form with engraved foliate decoration, raised on cast foliate and scroll feet, comprising teapot with flower bud finial, flanked by a reeded handle and spout, two-handled sugar bowl and milk jug, London 1840 and 1841 by Edward, Edward jnr, John & William Barnard, total weight 1407.6g, height of teapot 18.5cm. Note: a non-transferrable ivory exemption certificate has been granted for the sale of this item.
