A George III silver teapot of compressed circular form with hinge lid and putto finial, the body chased and engraved with floral scroll and foliate decoration, flanked by a foliate and scrolling tendril spout and a putto mask and scroll handle, on a similarly decorated circular foot, London 1808 by Robert Garrard I, weight 1038.5g, height 18cm. Note: a non-transferrable ivory exemption certificate has been granted for the sale of this item.
