An Armand Marseille bisque socket head doll, impressed '390 A1½M', with later wig, sleeping blue eyes, open mouth, painted features and jointed composition body, height 46cm, clothed (lacking fingers and paint wear to body), together with a Schoenau & Hoffmeister bisque socket head doll, impressed '1909-3', with later wig, sleeping blue eyes, open mouth, painted features and jointed 'flapper' style composition body, height 50cm, clothed (scratch marks and paint chips to body).
