A late Victorian silver four-piece tea set of half-reeded cushion form, embossed with bands of flowers and scrolling leaves, on ball feet, comprising teapot, hot water pot, two-handled sugar bowl and milk jug, Sheffield 1895 and 1896 by James Dixon & Sons Ltd, total weight 2013.2g, height of hot water pot 23.5cm, within an original fitted oak travelling box, together with a plated two-handled tea tray with gadrooned rim, length 67.5cm. Note: a non-transferrable ivory exemption certificate has been granted for the sale of this item.
