LOT 1007
A Chinese Imari porcelain teapot and cover, Kangxi period, of octagonal baluster form, painted and gilt with panels of flowers, height 8.7cm, together with a similar blue and white teapot and cover with plated mounts, the body painted with figures and flowers, height 11.3cm (cover repaired). Provenance: from the private collection of David Armitage, former conservator to the Department of Eastern Art at the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, between 1970 and 1999.
