MUSIC-HALL. - Harry Gabriel PELISSIER and Arthur DAVENPORT. The Follies Picture Book. London: Morton & Burt Ltd., [1910.] Oblong 4to (258 x 361mm.) Illustrations by C. Geoffrey Holme. (1 leaf loose, toning, minor corner creasing.) Original pictorial card covers (small corner loss and marginal tears to covers, toning). Note: scarce. 'H.G.' Pélissier, theatrical producer and composer set up 'Pélissier's Follies' where his troupe did the circuit of seaside piers and concert halls before the First World War. They eventually established their satirical 'potted-plays' at venues in London and Manchester, but Pélissier himself died in 1913, aged 39, of alcoholism.
