A mid to late 19th century French ormolu mounted slate and variegated green marble mantel clock with eight day movement striking hours and half hours on a bell via an outside countwheel, the dial with gilt Roman hour numerals, the drum case with eagle and snake surmount above a pair of flower garlands, scroll supports and breakfront base on toupie feet, height 36.7cm, with pendulum (two gilt hour numerals missing and other minor faults).
