A set of four George III silver teacups and saucers, each cup with foliate capped scroll handle, each piece engraved with an oval panel inscribed 'Veeraa Junder Wurrtar Raja of Coorg' London 1801 by Robert, David & Samuel Hennell, total weight 969.8g, saucer diameter 13.5cm. Provenance: purchased from J.H Bourdon-Smith in January 1966.
