A set of four George III silver wine coasters, each with undulating gadrooned rim above pierced and engraved sides decorated with dogs, birds and hares amidst scrolling foliage, turned mahogany bases, London 1772 by Robert Hennell, heights 5.4cm, diameters 12.5cm. Provenance: purchased from J.H Bourdon-Smith in July 1964.
