A late 19th century French gilt metal mounted and green stained tortoiseshell boulle cased mantel clock with eight day movement striking hours and half hours on a bell, the embossed gilt dial inset with white enamel hour plaques with black Roman numerals, the balloon shaped case with flower urn surmount above inlaid foliate scrolls, further gilt metal scroll mounts and glazed lenticle, height 34.5cm, with pendulum and winding key.
