Ltd., 1920. 4to (248 x 178mm.) 20 tipped-in colour plates by Rackham, numerous black and white illustrations in the text, half-title. (Toning, occasional minor spotting.) Original blue cloth, pictorial gilt to upper cover (gilt faded to spine, lightly rubbed extremities, scuff mark to upper cover).
