A late Victorian Gothic Revival oak cased mantel timepiece with eight day fusee movement, the backplate signed 'Payne & Co 163 New Bond St London', the similarly signed silvered arch dial with black Roman hour numerals, the rectangular case with moulded top above a band of rosettes, on a plinth base, height 27.5cm, with pendulum, together with an oak wall bracket and a 19th century satinwood rectangular plinth with brass ball feet, width 20cm.
