A Chinese Ming style yellow and green decorated porcelain bowl, mark of Jiajing but probably Qing dynasty, of flared square form, the exterior incised with bright green fenghuang and cranes amidst lotus and scrolling tendrils on a yellow glazed ground, the interior similarly decorated with a central square panel and lotus tendril band, underglaze blue six-character mark to base, height 8cm, width 15.5cm.
