A Rudolstadt Volkstedt Christian Nonne period tea caddy, circa 1780, of typical shouldered rectangular form, painted in puce camaïeu with opposing landscape views, the shoulders edged in gilt, underglaze blue mark to base, height 11.2cm (small chip).
