A sterling engine turned rectangular combination purse, the compartmentalized hinged lidded interior with sovereign and half-sovereign holders, compact with powder puff and note leaf with fitted propelling pencil and faux ivory panel revealing a cigarette compartment, fitted with a carrying chain, length 9cm, a silver rectangular aide-mémoire with fitted pencil, Chester 1901 by Walker & Hall, length 7.3cm, and a silver engine turned square powder compact, Birmingham 1946, length 7cm, total weight 253g.
