PEAR TREE PRESS. - John GUTHRIE. The Chamber Drama. Sussex, Flansham: The Pear Tree Press, 1930. Limited edition, this being number 59 of 60 copies only, 4to (376 x 268mm.) 12 woodcut plates, the frontispiece printed in silver, with 4 plates double-paged. (Offsetting, browning to initial blank and verso the colophon, stamps verso the title.) Original buckram-backed boards, mounted paper label to upper cover (tape residue to base of spine, light rubbing). Note: signed at the colophon 'John Guthrie'. Provenance: West Sussex Libraries (labels to pastedowns).
