Mid-20th century red calf over brown buckram-covered boards, two red morocco lettering pieces to the spine (endpapers replaced, light rubbing). Note: as writer and influential diplomat, Pouqueville's interest in Greece were among the first sentiments of the early 19th century philhellene movement.
