CAMBODIA. - Pierre DIEULEFILS. Indo-Chine Pittoresque & Monumentale, Ruines D' Angkor Cambodge. Cambodia, Hanoi: P. Dieulefils, [1907.] Oblong folio (273 x 374mm.) Dedication leaf, introduction in English, French and German, 1 colour plate of King Sisowath of Cambodia, 67 heliogravure plates after photographs with tissue-guards captioned in three languages. (Spotting verso the front-free endpaper, one or two fingermarks to preliminaries.) Original white half morocco over snakeskin-style paper-covered boards (upper cover weakening, surface wear, some loss to spine). Note: Pierre Dieulefils was a French photographer who set up in Hanoi in 1888 and was the first professional photographer to document Cambodia and Vietnam.
