A part set of Chinese famille rose armorial porcelain, early to mid-19th century, comprising saucer dish, teacup and saucer and bowl, each painted with a three-faced crest below banner 'Praetio Prudentia Praestat', the saucer dish and bowl painted with a continuous scene of figures, the cup and saucer with butterflies and flowers, saucer dish diameter 19.9cm. Note: the three Saracen head crest is that of the clan Morrison with attached motto 'Praetio Prudentia Praestat' translating as 'In price prudence predominates'.
