A Victorian mahogany circular cased wall timepiece with eight day single fusee movement, the printed 14-inch dial with Roman hour numerals and inscribed 'G.H Roe Cambridge', within a moulded surround, diameter 42.5cm, with pendulum. Note: George Hartwell Roe is a recorded clockmaker working in Cambridge between 1840 and 1875.
