Numerous illustrations. (Spotting to preliminaries and fore-edge.) Original red cloth with brass hasp and lock with key, original box with mounted paper label to cover (side panels of box split). Note: lock and key are working, and includes a duplicate lock and key. Provenance: by descent, from the estate of Barry Murray.
