A Continental porcelain, probably Paris, ink stand, 19th century, the central cylindrical inkwell painted with a floral band above a gilt overlaid cobalt blue ground, fitted with a gilt metal cover, flanked by two shells with floral painting to each interior, before a larger gilt and blue decorated shell shaped pen tray, a gilt metal quill holder fitted to the back, unmarked, length 20.5cm.
