An early 20th century French gilt brass and mahogany four glass mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a gong, the backplate with 'Marti et Cie' mark, with mercury compensated pendulum, the dial with Arabic hour numerals, the case with bowfront and bevelled glass panels, height 27.8cm.
