LOT 1826
A late 17th century plug bayonet, probably Continental, with flattened knife-section double-edged blade, blade length 25.5cm, cut-brass crosspiece and later ivory and rhino horn composite handle with brass cap pommel. Note: as this lot incorporates rhinoceros horn, it would be very unlikely that a re-export certificate would be granted beyond the UK. Customers outside the UK are requested NOT to bid on this item.

Buyer’s Premium
)Buyer’s Premium is an additional charge on each lot sold, currently this is set at 24.5% plus VAT (29.4% including VAT) of the hammer price.
