A late 19th century French ormolu mantel clock with eight day movement striking on a bell, the backplate stamped 'Mottu Freres a Paris', the similarly signed enamelled circular dial with Roman hour numerals, the case surmounted with a Highland clansman above a pair of inset Sèvres style porcelain panels to the front, cast flower swags and pierced scrolls, height 46.5cm, with pendulum (dial cracked).
