A William IV silver vinaigrette of circular form with cast floral decorated rim, the engine turned hinged lid revealing a gilt hinged grille, pierced and engraved with foliate scrolls, with a similarly decorated suspension ring, Birmingham 1833 by Thomas Shaw, length including suspension ring 4.8cm, diameter 3cm, together with a silver neckchain on a boltring clasp, detailed 'Sterling', length 89.5cm, total weight 30.9g.
