A Meissen figure of Cupid as a beggar, late 19th century, designed by Heinrich Schwabe, modelled as a standing Cupid dressed in a torn jacket and trousers, with a wooden leg and crutches, on a circular base, crossed swords in underglaze blue and incised No. L112 to base, height 21.5cm (hat detached but present).
